Data controller

KEY Commodities ApS, CVR 46746724, Denmark. Email: contact@keycommodities.dk.

What we collect

We only process personal data that you send to us yourself, for example when you email us or apply for a position. This typically includes your name, contact details and the content of your message, CV or application.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. These logs are used only to operate and secure the website.

Why we process it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry and, for applications, to assess you for a position. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Applications are deleted no later than six months after the recruitment process has ended, unless you have agreed that we may keep them longer. Server logs are deleted automatically by our hosting provider.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our website and email are hosted by Simply.com, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, embedded social media content or other tracking technologies, and no information is stored on or read from your device. The website therefore does not ask for cookie consent.

The link to our LinkedIn page is an ordinary link. LinkedIn's own privacy and cookie policies apply once you visit their website.

If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to our processing. Please contact us at the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
